Caleventure Connect

Your community’s calendar, on your website, keeping itself current.

For chambers, tourism bureaus, cities, libraries and nonprofits: a calendar in your colors that fills itself with local events, on a page of its own and on your website.

How it works

  1. 1

    Create your calendar

Sign in, add your organization and name your calendar. Free, in about two minutes.

  2. 2

    Get verified

Prove you own your website and a moderator confirms it’s really you. Nothing goes public before that.

  3. 3

    Put it on your website

Copy one snippet into WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or any site. It updates itself from then on.

What you get

Fills itself

Rules like “everything within 30 minutes’ drive” or “our members’ events” pull in local events automatically. No retyping, no approving one by one.

Looks like you

Your colors, logo, corners and type, on the calendar and every widget.

On your website

Calendar, upcoming list, featured events and volunteer opportunities, wherever you paste them.

A page of its own

A hosted calendar page to share on social media and in newsletters — even without a website.

Volunteers

Verified organizations can ask for help on any event, linked to their own sign-up form.

Questions

Do we need a website?

No. Every calendar has its own page on Caleventure. Website widgets come with the paid plans.

What does it cost?

The hosted calendar is free. Essentials and Pro add your branding, rules and website widgets, with a 14-day free trial and two months free when you pay yearly.

Why do you verify organizations?

So nobody can put up a calendar pretending to be your chamber or nonprofit. You prove you own your website, and a moderator confirms by phone or a public registry — usually within a business day.

Does it replace our event or membership software?

No. Keep Breeze, GrowthZone or whatever you use for registrations and members. Caleventure is how the public finds your events.

Can we cancel?

Any time, from Billing. Your hosted calendar stays on the free plan.
